The healthcare system is beyond broke, it is rotten to the core and it is an empire of the evil and so many sad stories of "claims denied"emerged, insurance companies are bad, hospitals are also bad and the cost with admins have increased and good doctors are crushed by the system ( I suggest the youtube video "Iwas an MIT Educated neurosurgeon now I'm unemployed and alone in the mountains how did I get here?), Pharma companies are also bad, why invest in cheap meds and treat the problems when they can pump pills and make money, finally the government is the last one - it feeds the machine and creates a revolving door between the FDA and big Pharma.
The CEO killed came from humble origins, as a matter of fact, had the opposite upbringing from Luigi. He didn't deserve to die, but now some people are having some discussions. Myabe we will pick it up from here.
I have a lot of mixed feelings.
